John Tavasci (Ta-vas-ci) Senior started John's Bus Lines in 1982 in Clarkdale Arizona.
The business remained in the Tavasci family until its sale to Jim Hogg in 1995. Along with
a new owner came a new name "Yavapai Bus Tours". Jim was looking for a better
location and soon moved to Cottonwood and then he found the location he was looking
for in Camp Verde, Arizona at 724 N. Industrial Dr. 5B 86322. This location positioned us
just off I-17 near the center of the state and remains our current location today. Jim
operated the business until its sale to Howard Basore in 2004 (Jim still drives now and
then)
